Acceptable stay with issues
low quality furniture cold design
The location was good (I cannot complain). The staff was really lovely and also helpful.
Unfortunately, the room and general state of the hotel were quite disappointing. The furniture looked low quality. Honestly, it felt a bit cheap. The interior design felt cold.

Really good Location and Service
ideal location helpful staff comfortable space quiet atmosphere
The location proved ideal. It was close to many restaurants and shops. The staff was helpful with directions. They provided recommendations. Our room was well-appointed, and it provided a comfortable space for our stay. The hotel maintained a quiet atmosphere, despite its central position.
The in-room safe was a bit small. It barely accommodated my laptop.

The breakfast buffet included fresh pastries, a selection of cheeses, and various fruit options. The coffee machine offered cappuccinos and espressos. Everything tasted fresh and very good. Seating was readily available each morning.

Our room included a king-sized bed with high-quality linens and two bedside tables each with a lamp. The bathroom had a rainfall shower. It also had a hairdryer. The room featured blackout curtains. It ensured a dark sleeping environment.

The front desk staff offered assistance with luggage storage, also with taxi bookings! They provided maps of the local area. The concierge assisted with dinner reservations each evening. It was very helpful.

Charming Stay on Rue Jacob

The location proved ideal for exploring local attractions. The Louvre, Musée d'Orsay, and Luxembourg Gardens were all easily accessible by foot. Staff members offered helpful advice on transportation and dining (they gave great recommendations). The room was immaculate and had all expected amenities. The breakfast room had a charming ambiance with plentiful, varied options.
The room I had faced the interior. There was little natural light from outside.

The rooms include air conditioning, a minibar, and a Nespresso machine. Each room is well kept and designed with a touch of modern aesthetics, and the common areas provide comfort with their decor. I found these facilities very satisfactory.

The front desk staff gave us great directions and advice. They helped secure tickets to a sold-out exhibit at the d'Orsay Museum. Their responsiveness and accessibility enhanced the stay significantly, they were always available to meet our needs.

Really good Stay, Highly Recommended
central location restful sleep
The hotel location is central I found it very convenient to nearby shops. The staff offered help with directions and local attractions. I thought the morning breakfast offered a good variety and fresh options. The room had a comfortable bed I got restful sleep.
The room I booked online had a different layout when I arrived. The window was smaller than expected this impacted the natural light.
